Ingredient spotlight
Vitamin C & Vitamin D3
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal collagen formation. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin B12 & Vitamin B6
Both B12 and B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also contributes to normal psychological function. Vitamin B6 supports normal homocysteine metabolism.
Magnesium & Zinc
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to electrolyte balance. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Other ingredients
Capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose - suitable for vegetarians and vegans), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
