We deliver across the United Kingdom. You pay only when your parcel arrives - no card details required upfront, no subscription.
How delivery works
After you place your order and our team confirms it by phone, your parcel is handed to our courier partner. Delivery takes between 2 and 4 working days for most UK addresses. You pay the courier directly on the doorstep - cash or card.
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card and rearrange delivery. If you decide not to accept the parcel, the order is simply cancelled - no charge applies.

Estimates are working days and do not include the dispatch day. Remote area surcharges reflect carrier costs.
Returns & cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an unopened product. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened food supplement packaging. The cost of return postage is borne by the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly dispatched.
