Each capsule contains: Vitamin C (300 mg), Vitamin D3 (15 µg), Vitamin B12 (100 µg), Vitamin B6 (4 mg), Magnesium (150 mg) and Zinc (10 mg). Full composition and % NRV values are on the Composition page.

Take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal and a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you miss a dose, continue the following day as normal - do not double up.

Submit your name and phone number via the order form. Our team calls to confirm your order and answer any questions. We then dispatch the parcel and you pay the courier on delivery - cash or card. No upfront payment at any point.

Yes - cancellation before dispatch is free. Simply let us know during the confirmation call, or contact us by phone or email before dispatch. You can also decline the parcel from the courier if it has already been dispatched.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return an unopened product. Please note that opened food supplement packaging cannot be accepted back for hygiene reasons. Full details are on the Return Policy page.

Each pack contains 90 capsules. At the recommended dose of one capsule per day, one pack provides a 90-day supply for a single person.
